Join me for a walk in the woods...
Picture
Highgate Wood in North London is a beautiful ancient woodland, nearly 70 acres in size and easily accessible by public transport.

A walk in the woods is an experience that gives an opportunity to talk about breastfeeding in a relaxed natural environment.

You can meet me in pregnancy to talk about some of your feelings around breastfeeding and to understand more about what kind of support and information might be helpful.

You can meet me when breastfeeding has finished to reflect and debrief.

Breastfeeding may have brought challenges and you may wish to talk about some of your struggles in order to move forward positively and with acceptance.

Or your breastfeeding may have ended as you wished and you'd like to celebrate your special time with someone who understands the significance of your experience.

Sometimes walking alongside someone in a natural space can allow you to express feelings that may not come easily at other times. A walk is also an option for a socially distanced support conversation without the need for PPE.

A walk in the woods is available for free for 2 people each month so please contact me if payment is difficult. Otherwise a walk of around an hour is available for £30. Feel free to bring a dog.
